We follow the Communities That Care (CTC) framework, a proven prevention system that empowers communities to use local data to identify risk and protective factors, prioritize needs, and implement strategies that work. Our coalition brings together voices from schools, law enforcement, faith groups, businesses, nonprofits, parents, and youth themselves.
